Serenity Creator Program
Overview
The Serenity Creator Program is an opportunity for social media influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to earn commissions while supporting Serenity Safe Space’s mission. Through this program, creators can promote our online store and help raise funds for mental health and community support initiatives.
How It Works
Apply to join the Serenity Creator Program by submitting your information and social media links.
Once accepted, you will receive a personalized promo code.
Your followers will receive 10% off their purchase at the above link when they use your code.
You will earn a 10% commission on all sales made with your code.
Serenity Safe Space receives a portion of every sale to fund nonprofit programs and services.
Eligibility Requirements
Must have at least 1,000 genuine followers or subscribers on at least one major platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook).
Must have a public account and regularly post original content.
Content must align with the values of Serenity Safe Space (positivity, community, mental health awareness, and respect).
Must be 18 years or older or have parental consent if under 18.
Applicants will be reviewed based on engagement, audience authenticity, and alignment with our mission.
Commission and Payments
Creators earn 10% of all sales made using their unique promo code.
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid via PayPal, Cash App, or another agreed method.
Payments are processed once the creator’s total balance reaches a minimum payout threshold of $25.
Sales that are refunded or canceled will not count toward commissions.
Serenity Safe Space reserves the right to review and adjust commissions in the event of fraudulent activity or misuse of promo codes.
Promo Code Policy
Each creator receives one unique promo code linked to their name or handle.
Promo codes provide a 10% discount for the buyer.
Codes must not be shared on coupon sites or used in paid advertising without prior approval.
Any misuse of promo codes may result in termination from the program.
Content Guidelines
Creators must represent Serenity Safe Space and its store in a respectful, authentic, and positive manner.
Posts or videos should not include hate speech, discrimination, explicit content, or misinformation.
Content should not make false or exaggerated claims about products or the nonprofit’s mission.
Any collaborations or sponsored content must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).
Serenity Safe Space reserves the right to request removal of content that violates these terms.
Termination and Conduct
Serenity Safe Space reserves the right to terminate participation in the program at any time for misconduct, inactivity, or violation of terms.
Creators who misrepresent the organization or engage in unethical promotion may forfeit pending commissions.
Either party may end the partnership at any time with written notice.

A short explanation of why you’d like to join the Serenity Creator Program
Applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Qualified applicants will be contacted with next steps and setup instructions.
Agreement
By joining the Serenity Creator Program, you agree to follow these terms and represent Serenity Safe Space in good faith. Participation in the program does not create an employee or contractor relationship; commissions are based solely on successful sales generated through your promo code.
